How does the demo service work?

Choose the rackets you want to demo, add them to your cart, and check out. You’ll pay a demo fee plus a pre-authorised refundable deposit. Once the rackets are returned, the deposit is released.

The demo fee covers rental and handling of the rackets. This fee is non-refundable, even if the rackets are returned early.

A deposit equal to the value of the racket is pre-authorised, not charged. After the racket is returned in good condition, the deposit is automatically released back to your bank.

Demo periods are typically for a short, fixed time (for example a weekend). Exact durations will be clearly shown during checkout.

If a racket is returned damaged or not returned at all, part or all of the deposit may be charged to cover the cost.

Yes. You can add multiple rackets to your cart and demo them together in one order.

Demo Days are organised sessions at specific locations where you can test different rackets on court. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Yes. Rackets are delivered to you and must be returned using the provided instructions once your demo period ends.

Yes. If you find the right racket, you’ll have the option to purchase it separately after your demo.
