PadelDemosUK provides a padel racket demo service allowing customers to rent rackets for a limited period before deciding to purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Demo Orders & Fees
- A non-refundable demo fee is charged for each order.
- This fee covers rental, handling, and administrative costs.
- Demo fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Refundable Deposit
- A pre-authorised refundable deposit equal to the value of the racket will be held during the demo period.
- This amount is not charged unless required.
- Once the racket is returned in acceptable condition, the deposit will be released.
- Release times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Demo Period
- Demo rackets must be returned within the specified demo period.
- Late returns may result in additional charges or partial deposit deductions.
7. Care of Demo Rackets
Customers are responsible for the rackets during the demo period.
Rackets must be returned:
- In good condition
- With no cracks or structural damage
- With normal wear and tear only
8. Loss or Damage
- If a racket is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, part or all of the deposit may be charged.
- PadelDemosUK reserves the right to assess damage and determine applicable charges.
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, demo fees remain non-refundable.
- Deposits will be released if no rackets are shipped.
10. Demo Days
- Demo Days are scheduled events at specific locations.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- PadelDemosUK reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Demo Days where necessary.
11. Purchases
- Demo rackets and new rackets may be offered for sale separately.
- Purchases are subject to their own pricing, availability, and delivery terms.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with site functionality.
13. Limitation of Liability
PadelDemosUK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
